Water aerobics has been a popular way of keeping fit for years, particularly for people with certain health problems or those recovering from injury. With growing trend for weight loss and exercise , water aerobics is a fantastic, low impact, source of exercise for young and old. We have classes that appeal to the younger fitness enthusiasts, also the older generation. Anyone who loves to stay active, regardless of your fitness level. There's a good chance you'll find a class that you'll enjoy.

Water aerobics: Generally more low-impact than land-based aerobics have most of the fat-burning and endurance-building benefits that you get from other forms of aerobic activity. An aerobic water exercise of around an hour will help you burn about 1200 kj. Our classes run for around 45 minutes and include a warm-up, cool-down and stretching exercises. The classes include things like jogging, kicking, jumping, squats, and dance movements.
